What are the advantages of Pole Dancing?


Pole dancing gives you an amazing workout, its great for the upper body and core.  You will become toned, strong, but never bulky, as you are lifting your own body weight.  If weight loss is something you desire, it can also help with that. Pole Dancing is a lot of fun, and when you do exercise that is fun it doesn’t feel like a workout as you look forward to it and enjoy yourself.
