At World of Pole, classes are designed to suit each and every student, young and old. Whether you’re a pole virgin or an advanced poler, we treat pole dancing as an art.

Our world class instructors offer a variety of classes. From pole basics for beginners to complex moves, you’ll feel great and have fun every time you visit our studio. Contrary to what you think about pole dancing, it is, at its core, a skill and a sport that incorporates ballet, modern dance movements, and gymnastic around a pole. Through practice, you’ll be able to learn many pole skills and movements, including inverts, poses, spins, and climbs. You may even add some sexy filler moves and floor work to complete your dance routine!

Each girl gets her own pole in every single class, giving you the freedom to explore the art of pole dancing in your own way. Classes include full-body stretching, as well as conditioning and strength exercises to help you build strength, agility and muscle memory.We have classes for every level, including beginning pole virgins all the way up to advanced polers. Although many of our moves depend on upper and lower body strength, there are just as many moves that rely on the flexibility of your body. This specially designed class was created to help you build flexibility away from the pole so you will be more successful on the pole later.

Pole dancing is a lot more work than many people are ready to give it credit for. It requires stamina, upper and lower body strength, and creative expression, but it also requires flexibility. If you have been feeling a little stiff and rigid while you‘re dancing around the pole, give our Stretch and Flex class a try.

Our Pole Fitness class is specially developed to build strength and stamina in relation to the pole. By working cardio and strength building workouts into your weekly routine, when you do finally approach the pole, you’ll notice a huge difference in your performance.

If you find that you get tired quickly, your muscles time out, or you simply don’t have the strength needed to attempt that trick you’ve been dying to try, our Pole Fitness class is the answer. Each class requires you to step away from the pole, but all of the workouts are specially chosen to enhance your performance.

POLE FLOWS

Get your creative juices flowing.

Have a little fun and get creative on the pole.

Many of our other classes focus on specific tricks and skills on the pole. If you are more interested in the creative aspect of pole dancing than its technical aspects, give our Pole Flows class a try. It is open to all levels, but it focuses more on dance and fitness, allowing you to branch out and try new techniques, combos, and routines.

Our Pole Flows class has some important things in common with other classes offered by our studio, but there are also some important differences.

Just like many of our other classes, the floor work is the same, which means stretching, cardio, and strength training is still done away from the pole. However, Pole Flows allows you to get a bit more creative than other classes that focus on specific moves and techniques. You’ll have the chance to dance and be creative in a fitness based class.

Think working out means you have to spend hours at the gym on a treadmill? Think again! No matter what your weight, pole dancing is a great way to get fit. In our Pole4Curves class, you‘ll learn how to pole dance with confidence, all while building lean muscle mass, dropping pounds, and making friends with women just like you.

Working out when you‘re overweight can be hard. Add to that the fact that the gym is full of skinny people who don‘t look like they belong there, and it‘s no wonder that so many of us dread getting a good workout!

Pole dancing is a great way for kids to stay fit and have fun.

Not all kids are interested in playing competitive sports, but making sure they get enough exercise is extremely important. If your kid prefers solitary, artistic activities to the pressures of competitive sports, pole dancing is the solution. Contrary to what you might believe, pole dancing is a true art form that requires strength and flexibility, making it the perfect option for young children!

Forget everything you think you know about pole dancing. It isn‘t just for strippers in sky-high heels and skimpy clothing. It‘s a full-on artistic sport where those who participate work on strength, skill, flexibility, and artistic expression. Did you know it‘s even being considered as an Olympic sport?
