In our class, you‘ll learn how to pole dance with confidence, all while building lean muscle mass, dropping kilos, and making friends with women just like you.
Working out when you‘re overweight can be hard. Add to that the fact that the gym is full of skinny people who don‘t look like they belong there, and it‘s no wonder that so many of us dread getting a good workout!
