Our world class instructors from Blacktown Pole Dancing offer a variety of classes. From pole basics for beginners or complex moves for the advanced. You’ll feel great and have fun every time you visit our studio.
Contrary to what you think about pole dancing, it is, at its core, a skill and a sport. It can incorporate ballet, modern dance movements, and gymnastics around a pole.
Through practice, you’ll be able to learn many pole skills and movements. Including inverts, spins, poses and climbs. You may even add some sexy filler moves and floor work to complete your dance routine!
At Blacktown Pole Dancing everyone gets their own pole in every single class. This gives you the freedom to explore the art of pole dancing in your own way.
Classes include full-body stretching, as well as conditioning and strength exercises to help you build strength, agility and muscle memory. We have classes for every level, including beginning pole virgins all the way up to advanced polers. Classes are even available for curvy women and children!
